(VOVworld) – Important publications in Vietnamese printed between 1865 and 1954 will be on display in Hanoi this Saturday.
The exhibition will provide insights into the 150-year development of the Vietnamese press and honor outstanding reporters and newspapers that brought fame to the Vietnamese press.
As part of the exhibition, a seminar will assess the role of the Vietnamese revolutionary press in the nation’s history.
The exhibition marks the 90th anniversary of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press Day and 150 years since Gia Dinh, the first Vietnamese language newspaper, was published.
