Binh Duong province ranks third after HCM City and Hanoi in FDI attraction with nearly 4,000 projects worth 36.5 billion USD, 9% of Vietnam’s total FDI. Since the beginning of this year, the province has attracted more than 1.25 billion USD in foreign direct investment despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
