The Health Ministry reported a further 57 new COVID-19 community transmissions in five localities this morning, taking the new coronavirus wave's tally to 2,405.

The latest new domestic infections include 45 in Bac Giang, 2 in Bac Ninh, 4 in Hanoi, 4 in Lang Son, and 2 in Ha Nam, with the majority being F1 contacts with confirmed coronavirus patients or related to previous outbreaks at industrial parks.
