She was speaking in Hanoi on Wednesday to a delegation of female Japanese parliamentarians led by Tsuchiya Shinako, head of the Liberal Democratic Party’s Committee for the Development of Women. The guests were also urged to help the Vietnamese community in Japan to lead a stable life.

Ms. Shinako said the visit symbolizes the fine relations between Vietnam and Japan, and aims to set up more training courses for overseas Vietnamese in agriculture, fisheries, and construction.
