The festival features 35 performances embracing cultural characteristics of countries around the world. The festival hosted by the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organization draws members of friendship clubs, friendship associations, embassies, and schools in Hanoi. It aims to honor and promote values of peace and friendship as well as culture, people, and land of Vietnam and Hanoi.
