The United Nations World Happiness Report was released on Monday, March 20, which is also World Happiness Day, and takes into account six key factors that impact happiness: social support, income, health, freedom, generosity, and the absence of corruption.
According to health experts, even when weather conditions are not favorable, Finnish people are still happy and satisfied for many reasons. The main reason is that Finland has systems to make life less difficult, such as free education, long holidays and good health care insurance.
Finland's population is nearly 5.6 million, even less than the population of New York City or of Ho Chi Minh city, while its land is more than 160 times of HCM city.
And the Finns also have habits and beliefs that make them happy.
