The report on Finland's planned NATO accession process will be sent to the Finnish Parliament after it is confirmed for adoption at a government plenary session.
Earlier, the Finnish President said that joining NATO will clearly strengthen Finland’s national security.
If Finland joins NATO, it will end its decades-long policy of neutrality. Helsinki said the decision was made in response to Russia's military operation in Ukraine.
