Colonel Nguyen Huu Do is the Deputy Chief of Brigade 146 of the Naval Zone 4 said rescue and support missions have been a priority when there are more fishermen operating in Truong Sa waters: “Rescue and support missions have been an important political task to provide more strength to fishermen in their joint effort with soldiers in national sea and islands sovereignty protection. We are ready to supply fishermen with shelters, food, water and medicines free of charge so that they could stay longer for offshore fishing.”
