(VOVWORLD) -Two tonnes of Global Gap-certified fresh Vietnamese lychees arrived at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris on Tuesday, the first batch of 2024’s crop.

The lychees from Thanh Ha district in the northern province of Hai Duong were imported by ACEM Co.
Upon reaching supermarket shelves, customers were eager to try the sweet, juicy fruit.
This was also the first time Thanh Ha lychees were shipped directly to Paris from Hanoi on Vietnam Airlines, which helped preserve the fruits’ flavor and quality.
