During the three-day festival, the hot air balloon performance will be held twice a day on the beaches of Duy Ha hamlet in Thang Binh district. Twenty colorful hot air balloons of various shapes and sizes will be exhibited along the coast.

Vo Van Hung, Chairman of Thang Binh district People's Committee, said this is a new activity to improve the quality of local tourism and promote the image and tourism potential of the locality.

“After this event, we’ll ask for permission from ministries, central agencies, and provincial People's Committee to turn hot air balloon shows into a tourism product of Thang Binh district, which will be held in combination with high-class resorts like Hoiana, Vinpearl Land, and Nam Hoi An to attract tourists,” Hung noted.

Other cultural activities include the display and introduction of coastal cultural products, OCOP items, Ba Trao singing and the whale worshiping ritual, and folk games.
