Five Vietnamese beer destinations most favored by global travelers

On International Beer Day, first Friday of August, the world’s leading booking platform Booking.com conducted a survey about where Vietnam has the best beer, and also has the most beer shops.
On top of the list is Ho Chi Minh City, where all year round is a hot season with vibrant nightlife, suitable for people to gather together and sip cool beers.
Hanoi ranked second. The capital of Vietnam is hailed by many tourists as the best place to enjoy the famous local beer – “bia hoi”. “Bia Hoi” is a drink available at most Hanoi eateries and is an indispensable part when friends gather and enjoy delicious dishes.
The remaining three names, in order are Da Nang, Hoi An, and Nha Trang.
Booking.com also announced the list of the most popular beer cities in the world in 2022. At the top is Plzeň in the Czech Republic. The recommended beer to try is Pilsner. The Pilsner Urquell Brewery is where the first pilsner beer was made.
