Flamboyant Festival jubilantly celebrated in Hai Phong
(VOVWORLD) - A program entitled “Hai Phong advances to the high seas” opened in the northern port city of Hai Phong on Saturday night, as part of the Flamboyant festival 2017.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc was among the attendants. The extravaganza program left a good impression on locals and tourists, promoting Hai Phong’s image to the wider public. Nguyen Ngoc Duy is a city dweller: “The program was organized in a large scale, making locals proud of our homeland. In recent years, Hai Phong has received great investment in infrastructure and seaports, boosting the city’s economy.”

The Flamboyant Festival includes 60 events such as the Hai Phong Tourism festival, Vietnam photo exhibition, and the opening of the Hai Phong-Dong Hoi air route.
