In their letters, the leaders spoke highly of the development of bilateral ties between Vietnam and other countries at all levels, saying they wish to enhance comprehensive partnership and expand cooperation in all fields for the benefits of the peoples, as well as for peace and stability in the region. They also called for Vietnam’s stronger cooperation in resolving urgent global issues, especially in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
