(VOVworld) – Leaders of China, Laos, Cambodia, and Russia have sent congratulatory messages to Vietnamese leaders on the occasion of Vietnam’s National Day, September 2. The foreign leaders praised Vietnam’s recent achievements and expressed their belief that under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnamese people will successfully realize the goals set by the 12^th National Party Congress. They also confirmed their respect for the relationship with Vietnam and their readiness to work with Vietnam in consolidating the friendship and cooperation.
