(VOVworld) – During a visit to Soc Trang province on Sunday, former President Nguyen Minh Triet urged Soc Trang province to fully tap its potential with support from government projects.

Mr Triet said: "Thanks to the Party and state’s due attention to the poverty reduction, local living conditions, especially those of the Khmer people, have improved. This has contributed to national unity".
