A stronger connection is expected to revive the agricultural supply chain, which has been disrupted by the long-lasting COVID-19 pandemic.
At Mekong Connect 2021, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan said, “Major distributors are located in Ho Chi Minh City. The forum aims to adopt a joint plan of actions towards the formation of business alliances which will bridge authorities with businesses and cooperatives.”
The forum brought together leaders of ministries, Ho Chi Minh City, and Mekong Delta localities, economists, foreign business associations, investors, and tech companies, who discussed solutions to push production ahead in 2022.
