French Finance Minister: Protests are a national disaster
(VOVWORLD) - The viloent “Yellow Vest” protests are a disaster for the national economy, French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire told reporters on Sunday while inspecting stores looted by protesters the previous day.

France has seen 4 weekends of violent protests against fuel tax rises, living costs and other issues. More than 1,200 protesters have been taken into custody.
US President Donald Trump said on Twitter that it’s time to end the expensive Paris Climate Agreement and lower taxes for the people. French Foreign Minister Jean Yves Le Drian replied that the US should not interfere in France’s business.
