Full-time NA deputies discusses revised Laws on Cinematography, Insurance Business

The Law on Cinema is revised in order to institutionalize the Party's guidelines and the 2013 Constitution to build a professional, modern Vietnamese cinematography imbued with national identity suiting the socialist-oriented market economy and effectively implementing commitments in international legal frameworks on cinematography and the film industry development.
The draft revised Law on Insurance Business is being discussed for the first time at the 2nd National Assembly meeting to ensure comprehensive coverage of arising cases in accordance with the general principles of contracts as prescribed by the Civil Code, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of parties, and the continuation or cessation of operation of the Fund for the Protection of the Insured.
