PM Chinh asked ministries, sectors, and localities to accelerate disbursement of public investment, implement fiscal policies, and propose possible tax and fee exemptions or reductions for businesses and individuals.

The PM stressed the need to fulfil all the socio-economic targets set this year and be prepared for the upcoming tasks next year. He urged for stronger coordination to deal with any arising issues.
