Government Office chief calls for better operation of National Public Service Portal
(VOVWORLD) - The implementation of a financial support package for workers and businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic needs to be processed quickly and conveniently in favor of beneficiaries, said Minister and Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung.

At Friday’s meeting in Hanoi on integrating and sharing services on the National Public Service Portal, Government Office chief Mai Tien Dung said: “It’s necessary to avoid losses during the implementation process and at the same time, beneficiaries must receive the support in the shortest time. As a result, the procedures should be simple while the information on registration of businesses and people needs to be shared for ministries and sectors to easily access.”
Mr. Dung said the COVID-19 pandemic pushes for stronger e-government development, especially public services and he called for better online connection and sharing.
