(VOVWORLD) -Greece has announced financial assistance to refugees will be cut from the middle of March as Athens is overloaded with the issue.

Greece’s minister responsible for immigrants, Notis Mitarakis, said “Any financial aid to refugees will be cut. Refugees must find a job for them to earn their own lives from now on.”
According to the UN High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), 116,000 refugees and migrants are in Greece.
