At a meeting with Kuwait’s Emir Al Sabah, Qatar’s Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani delivered the message of Qatar’s Emir, including Doha’s response to the demands, but the details of the letter have not been released.

Analysts say ending support for terrorist groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, banning the Al-Jazeera TV channel, and downgrading relations with Iran are the principal demands to Qatar. While the Arab Gulf countries say their demands are non-negotiable, Al-Thani says the ultimatum of Saudi Arabia and its allies does not solve the terrorism problem, but only weakens Doha and violates its sovereignty.
