The two discussed what conditions and processes must be considered, including their outstanding global values, integrity, and measures to protect the heritage.
The results of fact-finding tours will be an important element in providing the IUCN with scientific foundation for their proposals. These proposals will be submitted to the World Heritage Committee for approval at its annual meeting in 2022.
Mr. Nam said, so far, the dossiers have met the technical requirements. He said Hai Phong is committed to implementing specific activities to protect and promote the values and integrity of the heritage in the near future.
