Hai Phong urged to raise competitiveness
(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam and a government delegation have worked with Hai Phong City on implementing a government resolution on improving the business environment and national competitiveness.

Mr. Dam said Hai Phong, a big city with seaports and many advantages to attract businesses, should take the lead in reforming its business environment to raise its competitiveness.
