(VOVworld) – On Wednesday leaders of Hanoi and the northern province of Hoa Binh exchanged state management experience in agriculture, education, training, healthcare, trade, and tourism. Hanoi authorities, led by Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Pham Quang Nghi, and Hoa Binh authorities discussed ways to promote high-tech application in agricultural development.

They pledged stronger cooperation in fighting crime and trade fraud, preventing epidemics, and ensuring animal quarantine and food safety. During their working session, the leaders agreed to upgrade roads linking the two localities and implement planning for the Hanoi Region to 2020 with a vision to 2050.
