Participants in the Bicycle Journey of Friendship for the 2020 Green Hanoi included 260 represenatives from foreign embassies and international organizations in Hanoi.

Palestinian Ambassador to Vietnam Saadi Salama applauded the  Vietnam Union of Friendship Orgnizations for organising the event, which he said contributes to raising people's awareness of environmental protection and encouraging the use of bicycles towards sustainable development goals. Cycling around the downtown also helps promote Hanoi’s images as a peaceful and green city.

At the program, organisers handed over bicycles as gifts to excellent students with difficulties circumstances in the city.
