At a meeting to review 5 years of implementing a Party Politburo directive on promoting the movement to follow President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example, Mr. Hai said that the Ha Noi municipal Party Committee has focused on communications and revolutionary ethic education. He said the movement should become an impetus to effectively implement Hanoi’s political tasks and build an elegant and civilized Hanoi.
