Delegates agreed that experiences shared by international experts are valuable lessons for Vietnam to make full use in addressing climate change challenges. However, they noted the importance of applying those experiences appropriately in the Vietnamese context. Reports presented at the forum provided a foundation for Vietnam’s reports at the upcoming 24th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 24) scheduled for Poland early next month. The forum also held two policy dialogues on the sustainable development of resilient cities in the Red River and Mekong River Deltas.
