(VOVWORLD) -Hanoi saw a surge in tourist arrivals, reaching 3.73 million in the first two months of 2023, 2.8 times higher than the same period last year, according to Hanoi Tourism Department.

Of these, there was an estimated 535 thousand international tourist arrivals.
To attract more tourists, Hanoi is developing nightlife on Hoan Kiem Lake’s pedestrian street and opening a pedestrian street around the ancient Son Tay Citadel and Thien Quang Lake-Thong Nhat Park.
Its tourism products have been developed based on cultural values in cooperation with tourism businesses, attractions, especially historical sites.
