Le Anh Dat, Acting Editor in Chief of Dai Doan Ket (Great Unity) newspaper, a partner of the program, said, “So far, we have received enough support in cash and kind to provide 50,000 meals, which has far exceeded our initial goal of 10,000 meals."
"The program is growing stronger and a lot of businesses and donors are joining. The pandemic is getting worse, and it’s difficult to take care of the disadvantaged amid strict social distancing measures, but we will do our best not to leave anyone behind.”
1,000 meals were delivered to disadvantaged people in Hanoi over the weekend.
