(VOVworld)-A festival featuring the cultural heritage of the northern mountainous provinces will open in Hanoi next Monday.

The festival includes a resurrection of ethnic wedding ceremonies and wooden houses as well as special products from the region. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vuong Duy Bien: “This year’s festival praises the cultural identities of northern ethnic groups through objects and festivities. This is a unique opportunity for local people to learn about the finest values of northern mountain cultures.”
