(VOVworld) – Hanoi’s 16^th Party Congress closed on Tuesday. A new executive committee made up of 16 members and 4 deputy secretaries was elected. Member of the Party Central Committee’s Politburo Pham Quang Nghi was assigned to be in charge of Hanoi’s Party Committee until the 12^th National Party Congress.
