(VOVworld)- On Saturday, National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan asked Hanoi municipal and Phuc Tho district authorities to closely follow criteria in new rural development.

At a meeting with Phuc Tho district authorities, Ms Ngan highlighted important impacts of the new rural development program asking local authorities to work with social organizations to accelerate the program. She urged local authorities to create favorable environment to attract investors. The same day, Ms Ngan visited and offered incense at the Hat Mon temple and Hai Ba Trung temple in Hat Mon commune, Phuc Tho district, Hanoi.
