(VOVworld) – The French Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday opened a mourning book for the French living and working there and local residents to share France’s pain following Nice terror attack that killed 84 people.

On behalf of the municipal authorities, Nguyen Vu Tu, Director of the city’s External Relations Department, wrote in the book, expressing the sincere and deep sympathy to the victims’ relatives and French people. Tu expressed his belief that the French government and people will unite and overcome the difficult and heart-breaking time to continue building a peace-loving, stable, and prosperous France.
