(VOVworld) - “Ho Chi Minh City Hotels and Restaurants 2016”, a tourism publication was launched on Tuesday.

The 144-page edition, published by the Thong Tan Publishing House of the Vietnam News Agency in coordination with the municipal Department of Tourism and Tuoi Tre (Young Age) Newspaper, provides information on 3-5 star hotels, restaurants and shopping areas. The publication will be available in restaurants and hotels and on international flights. According to the organizing board, the book will also help popularize the image of service providers, boosting the city’s tourism development. Ho Chi Minh City is home to more than 1,800 hotels, of which 118 have 3-5 stars with a total of 14,700 rooms.
