HCMC, Buenos Aires promote bilateral friendship cooperation

In a reception of the delegation, first Vice President the local Parliament, Javier Francisco Quintana said Vietnam is an important partner in Southeast Asia to promote economic and trade cooperation regionally. Ms Tam expressed her delight at fine development in bilateral relations.
