(VOVworld) – Vietnam, by 2020, will operate 60 facilities to develop advanced technology and train high-tech human resources to international standards. The goal was set in a high-tech infrastructure program, recently approved by the Prime Minister, under the national program of developing high technology till 2020. The program also targets 50 specialized groups researching high technology that reaches the regional advanced level.
