Officials accompanying Secretary of State John Kerry to the talks with Iran in Geneva said the P5+1 power (the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Russia and China) will gradually ease restrictions on Iran’s nuclear programs. The officials said there are still obstacles to overcome before the March 31 deadline. The next round of talks will take place next Monday.
