(VOVworld) – 500 families of poor workers in Ho Chi Minh city attended a gala on Sunday night to celebrate the New Year. The Ho Chi Minh city Labor Confederation gave gifts to the families and lucky money to the children to help them enjoy a warm, happy Tet. The Federation has mobilized businesses to donate gifts worth 6.5 million USD and 30,000 bus tickets to 450,000 workers.
