(VOVworld) - President Truong Tan Sang has asked Hoa Binh province to promote national security and defense and ensure successful implementation of religious and nationality policies.

He was speaking at the opening session of the provincial 16th Party Congress on Tuesday: “Hoa Binh province should promote strategic breakthrough in economic growth while developing infrastructure projects in transport, power, irrigation to stimulate regional links with the Red River Delta and Hanoi. Education and vocational training should be boosted to improve human resource quality and investment climate to attract investment at home and abroad.”
