(VOVworld) – The Hoa Hao Buddhist sect has made great contribution to strengthening national unity, construction and defense.

In a letter sent to Executive Board of the sect at all levels and its followers nationwide on the occasion of 2015 anniversary of the group, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thien Nhan expressed his belief that in the coming time, the sect will continue join the people to promote national solidarity and unity. He also asked them to continue promoting moral and cultural values and actively responding to patriotic movements and having practical activities to boost national unity and build a prosperous, strong, democratic and civilized country.
