(VOVworld) - Hungarian President Áder János arrived in Hanoi on Wednesday for a State visit that will run through to November 30 at the invitation of President Truong Tan Sang.

He was accompanied by his spouse Herczegh Anita, Hungary’s Ambassador to Vietnam Torda Eszter, and senior officials from the Presidential Office. Vietnam and Hungary established diplomatic ties in 1950 and Hungary has provided Vietnam with valuable support in its national construction and defence. Bilateral political relations have developed strongly in recent years through the exchange of high-level visits.
