IAEA says Iran is complying with nuclear agreement
(VOVWORLD) - Iran is implementing all its commitments under the 2015 nuclear deal it signed with major global powers, even as the US re-imposes sanctions, according to a report by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
The Monday report said Iran was still complying with the restrictions to its nuclear program laid down in the nuclear deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), as of early November.
Earlier this month, the US reinstated what US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called the toughest ever sanctions on Iran.
