Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy Cao Chinh Thien and Mayor of Palermo Leoluca Orlando agreed on the plan at a meeting last week. The event will feature art performances and exchange activities, between Vietnamese and Italian enterprises.

Mr. Orlando said the program will open opportunities to enhance multi-faceted cooperation between Italy and Vietnam. Mr. Thien stressed that the promotion of economic, trade and investment cooperation, as well as cultural and educational exchanges, will contribute to concretizing relations between the two countries
