The aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth, Britain’s largest warship, is leading a British convoy in a 3-day exercise with India to enhance interoperability and naval cooperation.
The UK’s First Sea Lord, Admiral Tony Radakin, said the exercise demonstrates the strength, energy, and importance of the relationship between the two navies. He added that it also shows the UK’s commitment to confront any threat to the international order that arises in the Indo-Pacific region.
