Police spokesman Rikwanto told reporters that the police uncovered the terror plot after they arrested 2 suspected Islamist militants and were led to a house where they shot dead 2 other militants who were planning to attack police officers.
These militants were members of Jamaah Anshar Daulah, a group which has pledged loyalty to ISIS. They plotted an attack on the police post in Purwakarta, some 100 km east of Jakarta.
