(VOVworld) – Tunisia’s Ministry of the Interior on Thursday said its security forces have dismantled a dangerous all-female terror network, which has been active in Tunisia for the past two years.

The Ministry said they received secret tips about suspicious actions by a 30-year-old woman, sister of a dangerous terrorist who is on the run in the mountainous region of Kasserine, near the western border with Algeria. The woman was arrested at her home. She admitted to have sworn an oath of loyalty to an all-female terror network which is operating in Tunisia and has links to the Islamic State (IS). Using her testimony, Tunisian security forces dismantled the network and foiled the biggest-ever terror plot in Tunisia.
