(VOVworld)- On Monday, the Ministry of Health held a workshop on implementing the project “Integrating nutrition and food security for children and vulnerable groups in Vietnam”. Addressing the workshop, the Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Thanh Long said the Prime Minister approved the project which was funded by the Spanish government and channeled through UN organizations in Vietnam. Mr. Long said the project aims to develop and effectively implement guidelines and interventions on integrating nutrition and food security in order to reduce malnutrition rates among children under five and ensure food security for all households.
