In a recent interview with the Vietnam News Agency, Mr. Ghawami said the international community has confidence in Vietnam’s policies. He highlighted the successful cooperation between Vietnam and Germany at the UN Security Council and within various regional organizations, and their collaboration on international initiatives.

He said sustainable economic development is one of Vietnam’s top goals, and mentioned that the Vietnamese people in Germany contributed to the fight against COVID-19 by donating meals and 100,000 face masks to Germany’s frontline workers.
