(VOVworld) – An international food festival will be held during the Hue festival 2016 from April 28 to May 2. Nguyen Dung, Vice-chairman of the Thua Thien Hue provincial People’s Committee, said the festival will provide an opportunity for chefs to show off their talents and for participating countries boost cultural exchanges and seek cooperation opportunities: “The food festival will feature 100 stalls. We will organize the first ever seminar on daily and royal cuisine with many Hue cuisine researchers participating.”

Chefs from 15 countries will participate in the festival.
